I should point out that it’s simply impossible that what we see in the video is “just how those people are.” Evolution would not produce such specimens. Nor would a divine creator.
What we are seeing are life forms that have been poisoned or thwarted or somehow had their growth and development arrested. Whether you see it as the result of demonic activity or sustained exposure to environmental and cultural toxins, what you’re seeing is simply not normal.
And I would suggest only a sustained, high effort campaign could produce these results. Some group of people put A LOT of work into this project.
