@tranfanatic @SoveyX I’ve got the sleep motivation! Hopefully I get decent sleep tonight (6 hours +). Have a good night

@SoveyX I was shy in high-school then a new girl started riding my bus she was a couple years older than me. We never spoke but every morning she would fall asleep laying her head on my shoulder. I just accepted it. I thought she must be really exhausted so I didn't mind it.

@SoveyX Goodnight Sovey! Hope you wind down well and have a great sleep. Take care, my friend!

@Andacht32 @SoveyX That was a funny GIF to use. And lets be honest... We all got VERY TIRED of Preston Garvey!

@tranfanatic @SoveyX Sorry, not sure if this is Japan... It just reminded me of seeing sleepy Japanese commuters on the trains because of the long hours they work.
English

@tranfanatic @SoveyX I just don't get it... The Japanese people work crazy long hours for no extra money. Their economy has been in a recession for over 30 years! So many people on the trains late at night because they feel obligated to work long hours. I am so sad for them 😥

@ironcanary Good night! I will probably be checking on my X peeps around 2AM-3AM tomorrow morning 😬

Hey guys... we have a fellow patriot in desperate need. He has prostate cancer and could use some financial assistance. If you are unable to help, please pray and share it out.
Thanks so much. 💕

@Files247X @SoveyX You are correct. After I read my post, I thought of many better ways to say it 😞

This is a mid-century Chambers gas stove, built in the 1930s through 1950s, back when appliances were designed to outlive you.
The entire design revolves around heat retention. These ovens are heavily insulated, so once they reach temperature, they hold it. You could preheat, shut the gas off, and the oven would keep cooking using stored heat alone. No electronics, no sensors, just thermodynamics doing exactly what it’s supposed to.
That glowing panel on top isn’t for show either. It’s a gas-fired broiler or griddle, built to deliver intense, even heat across a solid surface.
They’re also incredibly heavy, and that’s not accidental. The mass stabilizes temperature, reduces fluctuations, and gives you more consistent results. It’s the opposite of the lightweight, fast-heating approach most modern stoves use.
There’s a clear difference in philosophy here.
This wasn’t built to be replaced.
It was built to work.
