@zee_noblade Problem is that what majorities of gacha game player want. Just daily to roll gacha. Like main criticism is see for umamusume is it take too long to do daily which is true if you only care about doing gacha but daily of uma is like doing 1 career aka play the game.

simple answer is hoyo games has a system where you are building towards getting gacha currency. theres nothing else in the game to work towards. theres no sense of progression within the game itself besides collecting currency. even the side content is a gacha currency farm

I hate to my negative about content here but this is an actual industry plant. It’s ok to like this sort of game, but how it’s presenting itself hurts actual indie games. - real licensed music - massive array of custom assets and cutscenes, fully voiced too - insanely pricey press kits sent out to small and big CCs - presents itself as “indie”. This is not “indie”. This is a refined product that was made for millions. Most likely a medium sized team of 12-30 full time for years. This kind of low hanging fruit stealing + indie labeling hurts actual small dedicated teams of real game devs. There will be actual indie devs that miss out on awards this season because of this extremely well funded AA title masquerading as an indie.

IGN gave Mouse PI a 6 for having too many cheese jokes while they give this game a 10 because “spiderverse animation” Literally the game offers zero challenge and is just filled with family guy ass cutaways. Fuck IGN lmaoooo

Well fuck me. Out of desperation I decided to give my S+ Oguri a try and to my surprise, she won 2 races and almost won a 3rd one if Rudolf did not decide to become a menace Like imagine seeing the LEAST favorite uma become the winner. The biggest upset in CM so far
