This 2km road stretch was constructed by President Gen Amin's government in 1970s between Moyo and Laropi Port in West Nile as a prototype of the kind of road network he envisaged for Uganda. It has no single crack, pot hole or a sign of getting any. Why doesn't Government of the Republic of Uganda especially ministry of works and Transport study under the microscope the ingredients of this road and use it as a benchmark for all roads in Uganda egos aside.

We know government has many vaccine varieties in cold chain but they end up expiring in stock they don't give it to farmers. They are private pharmacies that provide services.
