@mmodiba10 @Julius_S_Malema As soon as the guy took over finances in Ekhuruleni the metro was R2 billion down and all of a sudden we now have occasional billing issues that are a technical term for the metro siphoning more funds than necessary from the residents. We are really in the dog.
