Breathe naturally, without attempting to control your breath, and try to become aware of the sensation of the breath as it enters and leaves the nostrils. This sensation is your object of meditation. Try to concentrate on it to the exclusion of everything else.

What is contentment?
A happy mind that functions to prevent the problem of discontent. Or: Contentment: Being satisfied with one's inner and outer conditions, motivated by a virtuous intention.

Try this out - see if you can create some space in your mind and think, "Unpleasant feelings are arising in my mind." Then follow Venerable Geshe-la's advice. Don't panic. Just feel.

What is Tharpa?
Tharpa means “liberation” in Sanskrit (pronounced Tar-pa). Founded by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche, we are the dedicated publisher of his books and so much more.
Let’s keep spreading peace—one page, one meditation, one heart at a time.
Karma, karma, karma. Everyone uses this word but do you know what it really means?
"Karma means "action." From non-virtuous actions comes suffering and from virtuous actions come happiness: if we believe this, we believe in karma."
Modern Buddhism, page 46.
