Way too much emphasis is being drawn on the term prophesy in the story

One observation I’ve made after rereading some chapters is that Yura, when delivering his prophecy to Samura, is only able to give him a vague time frame as to when the next malediction will happen
But Chiaki is able to determine specific details (time, date, location etc)

This makes me maybe lean into the theory that Yura has maybe copied or stolen the prophecy ability or whoever is giving him this information is running under those same rules
(This is assuming information is not being withdrawn which is a possibility)
