Follow up - down to 11 stone 8 now. Had a couple of frustrating weeks just hovering around the same weight, but have broken through that wall by learning about "HIT" training, and ensuring that I'm getting my heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day, aiming for 60 minutes.

In other news, for the first time in a couple of years (since I was diagnosed with melanoma), my weight is below 12 stone. Was close to 13 stone 6 weeks ago. Target is 11 stone 4. I heartily recommend under desk elliptical bikes... #lockdownweightgain #lockdownweightloss

Because none of these articles, not even in principle, gives me, a man, any moral, let alone legal right, to take a piss in women's toilets. To argue otherwise is simply to misunderstand basic legal and even causal reasoning.

I praise J.K. Rowling for standing her ground. She is a hero of our times. She is not transphobic and neither am I. This fight to preserve the free exchange of ideas is worth having; to protect the hard-won rights of women but also to uphold the principles of our free society.

The retention of your dignity, value and safety (and those of others) is the right, not the specifics of the bathroom.
