@BeatyBean3965 I felt the exact same way. I think visually it’s a spectacular but beyond that I didn’t feel like I walked away with a lot. I’m not huge on sci fi in general and it sounded like people that loved the book really liked the adaptation but it’s like 7.5/10 for me

project hail mary is a solid movie don’t get me wrong, but it was getting so hyped up that it raised my expectations too high. i definitely appreciate it for what it is, but it wasn’t anything super life changing, wouldn’t compare it to interstellar
