In 1981 @DWMtweets published the first comprehensive inventory of the BBC's archive, listing which Doctor Who episodes existed and were missing. 45 years on, 41 episodes have been returned to the archives. Here's a recreation of that list followed by how it stands in 2026.

@ThatJeffMurray @docoho A lot of my early target book purchases were from a second hand bookshop in Wellington Market. It closed and became a wallpaper shop around 1994. It is now a kebab and burger joint.

Way back in the day (1992 I think) when I was in year 4 of primary school I selected this as one of my reading books. This might have been the first example of me having a teacher giving me the "oh god" when having to hear me read.

@TheCinesthetic Why is this awesome movie not on a 24 hour loop at Christmas? Far more relevant holiday moments than several others I could name!

Catch Me If You Can was released 23 years ago today. Steven Spielberg deliberately kept the movie light and playful because Frank Abagnale’s story only works if you fall for the con. The film wants you seduced before you ever question what’s real.
