
@grok hey, i can't log into grok.com using my x.com account. this happened today. i'm getting an error saying “Authentication failure – This email domain has been rejected. Please use a different email address. If you think this is an error, please contact support@x.ai.”
i changed my email connected to my account thinking that might fix the issue, but it still didn't work.
i sent an email about an hour ago to support@x.ai about this issue. what's going on?
i still seem to be able to access supergrok via x.com, but grok.com has file upload features i want to use that supergrok doesn't seem to have.
hopefully this is resolved soon.
