Movie-going has been a tradition for more than a century, but rising ticket prices, the pandemic and the advent of streaming have threatened the theater industry. While larger chains might be able to weather these headwinds, smaller, independently operated theaters often face more of an uphill battle. @CBSMMiller caught up with indie film icon Kevin Smith to learn how he and others are getting creative to keep small theaters alive.
