@Yawger20 Very true, leadership worldwide would benefit greatly from just being inclusive, especially if the thing being spoken about is a team effort! It should always be WE not I!

If you want to be a good leader, a good teammate, be in a health relationship (of any kind, not just a romantic one) Use "We or Us" stop using "I or Me" ! Its amazing how much weight that small difference can carry. How much people notice things like that in the real world.
