Many employers decline cvs that have used AI, I am not against it but I have declined CVs that had zero personal touch, you can just tell it’s all AI

Granted, you'll have to tweak it after it's done, but that can be done quite easily once you have the framework. The employers thing is good in theory, but then not all employers wish to work in tandem with the job centre.

@MadEpic @NotFarLeftAtAll Help you write a better CV, contact local employers for jobs, the gov can for employers to first go through the job centre rather than online search, make all gov jobs available for application through the job centre where if a candidate can be trained for the job they help etc

@NotFarLeftAtAll With respect, what would you have the job centre staff do about it? If you remember the old jobs portal they offered, it was full of fake jobs and scams, so it was unscrupulous people who put an end to that which gave way to likes of Indeed - who supposedly vet job listings

You can even cook once in the morning and have it for breakfast and lunch or dinner. Plus, it’s much healthy to eat home made food

@s8mb YOUR productivity is lower, not everyone is the same. I do not have a wife and kids but I have the comfort of my own desk chair and light levels. And what is annoying is a lot of people will impose what works for THEM on others.

I’m not a “work from home” guy by any means. But I’ve done it a bit lately and it’s certainly nice to see my family during the day. I can see why it’s so popular. But, and it’s a big but, my productivity is unquestionably lower. There’s just no substitute for the office.
