I’m now 40% stocks 20% btc 30% real estate 10% high yield savings Why am I this way? 1. Stocks are not speculative. I understand how to invest in the growth of a company. Majority of my money is in stocks. It works and it’s great returns. 500% all time is my returns. 2. Btc is speculative no matter what people say. No guarantees. But I like the speculation. Not enough to go all in on tho. Been buying heavy the last 2-3 years. 3. Real estate: I’m only in commercial. I’m starting businesses… not keeping up with tenants so my profit potential is endless. I make money offline without social media or the market. 4. High yield: I currently make a guaranteed $15k/month and it only compounds because I don’t withdraw… I also get to borrow 90% against my money via line of credit.
