I wrote a critical comment about Pope Leo’s pronouncements on US Government policies including the border and the Iran conflict. While I disagree with the Pope on these earthly policy matters I regret the words I used. The Pope’s moral statements are grounded in Christian doctrine and I am no one to judge him. I apologize for my choice of words.

Misty, the Pope is not a monarch or politician. Catholics are NOT required to believe any of his opinions on greenhouse gases or our President. And this is not a new question. Remember Francis sucking muslim toes in Europe? I asked about this in confession and would have left the church if it was a requirement.

I don't recall the Pope speaking out about the slaughter of thousands of Nigerian Christians by Muslims. How about you?

This was a huge mistake .. Really hard to believe the leader of the church is creating doubt among its faithful.. To all new followers believe in Jesus.. Politics should stay out of the church!

Pope Leo is a leftist hypocrite. He has criticized Trump's war on Iran, as well as his comments threatening to destroy the country's civilian infrastructure. Yet the pontiff has said NOTHING about the mullahs slaughtering over 40,000 innocent Iranian protesters. The pope has TDS.

My best friends are Catholic, I have been to mass so many times before and even to St. Peters in NYC. I love Catholic people but this new Pope is evil, you can sense it in your bones. He may be the false Pope as many have said to be in the future. The church needs to remove him before he destroys the entire church. I don’t care where he is from, evil comes from all countries.
