cyrene can be a little weird to play in some teams, the startup time can be very significant without an action advancer to quickly charge her ult

@lovelykianaa best support and dps honestly..i don't think we'll get anything better than a flat 48% damage increase to the whole team, around 80? dmg bonus, absurd personal damage that just keeps scaling a robin ult, ult refresh 20% def shred AND DDD ALL IN ONE CHARACTER
