For the final session of the day we are filming the men’s session at @The180Project1. These guys are 14 weeks into a 24 week programme, aren’t they doing amazing!

School of Sign Language and The 180 project have teamed up so young adults from the deaf community can get active and stay active. They’re only on week 3 but they’ve stepped up to the challenge... They faced their toughest workout so far and smashed it! #getactive #stayactive
