Swing has been feeling very consistent over the past few months. I’ve really been focusing on letting the barrel work towards the ball as smooth as possible and primarly hitting the ball up the middle or to right field. I can’t wait for spring. @WowFactorRM2027 @The303Factory

Force production is so pre force plate enlightenment. The real ones are talking about the efficiency of force absorption, storage, redirection, RSI, and eccentric RFD. @jackperotti24 building more efficient brakes

2mph increase coincided with 15% increase in Braking RFD 🤓. All of his other force data is pretty stagnant. You can see how clean his brakes are in the video.
