@cfcnewsroom @CelticFC @spfl I remember Paul McStay throwing his jersey and boots into the jungle and everyone thought he was away...but he stayed.
AJ has 3 yrs left on his contract, if the fee isn't right for Celtic, he's going nowhere.

@Ryanclifford11 It will be different this season. Last season we too much upheaval behind the scenes.
We'll bring a few players this month and start purring.
English

@officialgeopat Boy's got talent but doesn't show it nearly enough. Seems to lack composure and bottle. He is also easily bullied. This season is make or break for him. He needs to be doing a lot more, both scoring and with assists.
English

@Ryanclifford11 We weren't impressive but we weren't dire. Sure we were off it in places but we worked hard, created enough to win 3 or 4 games and we'll get a lot better in the coming weeks and months.
English

@The3rdFrame Definitely soild at the back.
Wasn’t impressed at all though tonight 3 points up the road but that was like last season.
English

@celticviews67 @Ryanclifford11 We were back to the wall v Munich...only twice in their half, the entire 2nd half.
Tonight was far better than performances under Rodgers last season.
Our first visit to Ibrox last season was one of the worst Celtic games I've ever seen in my 50 plus years as a fan.
English

@Ryanclifford11 You could have said the same for every game since Munich knocked us out. It’s awful stuff that folk are only enduring because we support the team. No neutral is hanging around to watch more than 10 minutes of our matches!!
English

@ham_n_egg The finishing is definitely a concern. I was quite pleased to see our variation on the set pieces.
Our main problem tonight was playing with too much caution. Players seem afraid of making mistakes and as a result we were not taking enough chances.
English

@The3rdFrame Don’t know what we’re coaching either, but that’s a huge concern also.
English

@ham_n_egg Well let's see how it goes.
I was at Celtic Park 40 years ago to see us beat Dundee in the first game of the season and we won 1-0 with a similar kind of performance. Fans were optimistic back then and we were up against arguably the best squad ever from Ibrox for the title.
English

@The3rdFrame Love your optimism buddy but I’m not seeing it. Even tactically we look so bad.
English

@officialgeopat Nygren puts some shift in but I agree he seriously lacks pace and sometimes is on a different wavelength with teamates on the link up. His composure and strength on the ball isn't too bad though.
352 should be tried by MON with these players.
English

@The3rdFrame Would consider playing a front two with a roving winger.
Can't argue with Nygren's numbers but his lack of physicality, pace and at times, composure baffles me.
English

@officialgeopat We're already 2 clear of The Rangers & 3 clear of Hertz. If we improve & strengthen (and I believd we will) we could be well ahead by Jan.
Trusty & CCV look solid. Trusty much more comfortable on the left.
Our season will be shaped by the comings & goings this transfer window.
English

@The3rdFrame Not playing this style we won't.
It'll be another eye bleeding slog.
English

@iainboyle @officialgeopat We need more quality no doubt, but even tonight, we coukd still have scored a few. Engels header, poor miss, Hogh 3 chances, McGregor off the post, Tounetki over the bar at the end. We'll start putting these away sooner rather than later.
English

@The3rdFrame @officialgeopat We will but there's a real lack of quality, we are desperate for creativity both wide and in midfield.
Musselburgh, Scotland 🇬🇧 English

@McCormack_90 Made a good save late on and he's superb at collecting crosses but his distribution needs to improve.
English

@The3rdFrame @GJS2010 What’s negative about that, it’s a joke
