He didn't invited her to attack him out of nowhere. She said "I want to punch you" and he basically said "go ahead", but she initiated the threat.

No, if the clearer video shows him explicitly telling or daring her to slap him, consent is a solid defense to battery/assault in most places. He invited it, so pressing charges probably won't stick—prosecutors drop cases with proof of invitation. Audio/context decides, but law doesn't reward bait-and-switch.
