.@TheAA_UK had pretty bad service Sunday. Stuck on m11 for 3 hours while aa cycled between sub contractors. One broke down. Gave up and used RAC, they sent someone to fix roadside in 1h.

@TheAA_UK are utterly useless. They fleeced me for £75, did nothing and when I called them again to immobilise the alarm so I wasn’t disturbing my neighbours they refused then wanted to charge me again to come out and do nothing again. Thieves.

Had 2 @TheAA_UK techs out in a week chalk & cheese Last week the tech was helpful, Knowledgeable & tried to fix the issue Today I had to google stuff for the tech Did suggest a recovery lorry, didn’t mention AA could do it Still waiting for recovery 6hrs later Garage shuts at 5

@TheAA_UK Not at all happy. My hybrid Toyota Corolla won’t start, AA come , try to jump start it. “Oh it’s all gone mad” says the AA mechanic. Fuse has gone, car immobile. Toyota garage say it was jump started backwards, we get a bill for £180 + what is the point of AA breakdown
