@TheAAie Frustrating experience with refund and poor customer service I’ve been trying to resolve a refund issue for an overpriced premium with AA since Nov.After lodging my complaint, I was advised to contact AXA, but when I did, they sent me back to AA. Unresolved. Ping pong.
