@FrankKhalidUK He’s doing well considering the resources (players) he has. What can he do with that?
English

Yes we have one from Zimbabwe who is a convicted criminal his name is Wicknell Chivayo. He got 3 years did two in the mid 2000’s he was in the UK the other week flying private jet.
How on earth did he get a visa to travel?
Not only is he subject to deportation, but the Home Office can & should prosecute him for the act of deception itself, which carries a 2-year prison sentence in the UK before he is even kicked out. When he next lands catch him!
Home Office@ukhomeoffice
Coming to the UK from overseas is a privilege, not a right. Any foreign national with a history of crime and violence is not welcome. If you pose a risk to our country, you will be refused entry or removed.

@SkySportsNews It’s World Cup not EPL-brace yourself for real football.

@henrywinter Harry Kane, Rashford, Jude, Rice and Trent should be a no brainer when selecting the England team.
English

Trent Alexander-Arnold plays right-back for Real Madrid. Started home and away against Manchester City. He won the Premier League and Champions League at right-back with Liverpool. He’s used to dealing with pressure. He’s taken a decisive tournament penalty. He’s played in the World Cup before.
He has occasional defensive deficiencies but he brings a long-range passing skill that few possess. Are England that blessed at right-back that they don’t need Alexander-Arnold? That he isn’t amongst the best 30 outfield players available to Thomas Tuchel?

Soccer in the U.S. is a sport dominated by wealthy families. The system is designed to extract as much money as possible, while many parents have no idea what real player development looks like. They end up spending thousands of dollars, only to stand on the sidelines frustrated, shouting, because despite the investment, their child struggles with basic skills like executing a simple one-two pass or changing direction with the ball, even without pressure. 🤷♂️⚽️

It’s wild how many coaches and parents in American youth soccer still don’t understand this.

@daddyhope The problem with African leaders is they do not negotiate trade deals for the benefit of the wider economy of their countries. They want cuts from every deal. I bet you Kier was all my country my people nothing about himself.
English

China only respects countries that respect themselves and that have leaders who do not sell their souls to China, competent leaders.
British citizens can now go to China without a visa, yet China continues to loot African resources for a song, while only two African countries, Mauritius and Seychelles, enjoy visa free access to China.
At times I simply give up on African leadership. You have countries like Zimbabwe with so called Look East policies, laughable comical economic policies. China looks everywhere, but only where there is value.
You then have African countries and dictatorships calling China “all weather friends,” yet their citizens still need visas to enter China. What exactly is wrong with African leadership? Is it ignorance or a complete lack of pride and confidence in themselves?
If China has to choose between the West and Africa in business terms, it will choose the West every single time. The reason is simple. The West knows its worth and adds value to its relationship with China, while many African leaders only know how to sell their countries’ resources cheaply.
China dumps cheap goods in Africa and takes quality goods to the West. They call it the two tier system.
I was recently speaking to a Chinese businessman in London who asked why Africans expect respect from China when they appoint incompetent cabinet ministers.
He gave the example of Zimbabwe’s ICT Minister, a former money changer and low budget actress who parades fake degrees, and asked what exactly she could meaningfully discuss with the Chinese minister responsible for ICT, Li Lecheng, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a specialisation in Mechanical Manufacturing Process Equipment and Automation.
On one side you have a trained engineer running China’s ICT and industrial policy. On the other, a former money changer and low budget actress with fake qualifications. All she knows is dancing at political rallies.
This is why China has no time for serious engagement with many African states. It treats Africa as a resource plantation, a place to extract cheap natural resources and a dumping ground where money is paid to corrupt politicians, not as an equal partner deserving of respect.
Our leaders simply do not respect themselves. They suffer from an inferiority complex induced by a lack of knowledge and deeply corrupt minds. Only a few can be excused from this characterisation.
Many are excitable over nothing, mistaking access, flattery and empty symbolism for respect, while failing to understand that respect in global politics is earned through competence, knowledge and self worth.

@nickmangwana If you are really serious about promoting tourism, business and youth talk about giving Terry title deeds. That way his investment is safe and he can get a business loan if he wants.

KWATERRY
In the heart of Mhondoro-Ngezi district, a culinary gem is drawing national acclaim—Kwa Terry, a restaurant dedicated entirely to traditional Zimbabwean cuisine. Located in Turf, this inspiring venture is more than just a place to eat; it’s a community-centered vision brought to life by young entrepreneur Terry, who transformed communal land into a thriving hub of culture, agriculture, and employment.
During a recent visit, Professor Obert Jiri, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Lands, Agriculture, Fisheries, Water, and Rural Development, praised the initiative for embracing agro-tourism—a movement championed by Her Excellency Dr. Amai Auxillia Mnangagwa through nationwide traditional cookout competitions. He emphasized the nutritional richness of indigenous foods and called on Zimbabweans to take pride in their culinary heritage as a cornerstone of nation-building.
What makes Kwa Terry exceptional is its farm-to-table integrity. Ingredients are homegrown, and livestock is raised on-site, showcasing a sustainable model that promotes rural industrialization and reduces dependency on imported goods. This approach not only preserves traditions but also revitalizes local economies—turning away from the colonial-era pattern of exporting raw materials only to import finished products.
Terry’s story is also a powerful message to the youth: agriculture is not just a livelihood but a viable business opportunity. With courage, creativity, and the resources at hand, young people can lead transformative projects that honor the past while building a self-sufficient future.
Kwa Terry stands as a delicious testament to the potential of traditional knowledge, community collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit—one plate at a time.

@KMutisi @MhonaFelix They can’t even update the road traffic regulations and you expect them to go to standard designs on bridges
English

BY NOW, Minister @MhonaFelix & the Ministry of Transport should have promulgated a NEW STANDARD DESIGN for all these bridges on perennial rivers. We can’t have the same issues every good rain season.
No sane engineer would design a bridge that dips into the river valley… All these low lying bridges should be decommissioned & new designs made by right minded people.
As for those crossing flooded bridges, I have no words for you…. Cars are totally vulnerable when driving through rivers…. It’s not worth the risk
English

@AfricaFirsts This should be the norm in every country, most people from England don’t watch Laliga or Serie A. It all comes down to the quality of football which you have in your country. SA doesn’t need EPL that much because their league is entertaining enough.
