Useful flow of activities here. To which I'd suggest leaders will need to top and tail by clarifying their purpose and how it will be measured. Eg, jobs for locals, profit for shareholders, etc.

@rob_england If you left the central cell empty, it could open a useful conversation about what is/should be there. Eg.it should be Build, so why do we spend much time Planning/Repairing/Designing.... #collaboa #collaboration
