It has taken me a whole year to muster up the strength to write this. But Lucy's is a story that deserves to be told. I hope I've done her justice. 🖤

@TheAmberHarding Yeah I cut it way too close this year but the spa gift card always hits as a day-of fallback plan
English

@TheAmberHarding I regret to inform you that it would not arrive in time. Heartbreaking

@PostMovesShow @Wendys I mean sure, but those little bitty things in your bed are very different than my big ass German Shepherd lol
English

#WendysPartner Candace and Aliyah BOTH agree, dogs belong in the bed 🐶
Are you on board? @Wendys

This might be the most egregious use of ChatGPT I have ever seen.

It's different now. You see it in the way we play. You feel it in how we rise. And our fans? They're not a backdrop - they're a force. This is Fever Basketball. #NowYouKnow

@JoshKelman I actually love em dashes and have always used them in my writing. But this “writing” has every single hallmark of AI.
English

@WhitleyTeslow @KinnickNorth23 You're right, they aren't comparable at all. Bronny was a developmental project. Azzi Fudd was a lock for the Top 3 regardless of who had the No. 1 pick. Dallas didn't "reach." They just took the best player on the board who also happens to have chemistry with their star.
English

@TheAmberHarding @KinnickNorth23 Dude was a late 2nd round kid not number 1 overall. Also pick 55 rarely make rosters. If you wanna argue there that's fine but bronny and azzi not comparable

1000% true. I was hired as the Titans' social media coordinator in 2015. $38K starting salary.
Back then, there wasn't a social media team. I was a one-woman band juggling all the accounts by myself. Worked every single day (even during my PTO), all hours of the day.
Granted, these NFL teams now employ whole social media staffs. But the people who think this is some breezy, fresh-outta-college-kid gig have no idea the scope of the work and the hours.
English

I learned this in about 4 weeks of interning with the Diamondbacks in college:
99/100 people that work in pro sports are absolutely miserable and because it’s everyone’s “dream job” the orgs can pay 30-50% less than what that position would pay in the non-sports market.

The Chargers are looking for a full time Social Media Coordinator. If you’re interested in joining then go to the Chargers LinkedIn page today and complete the application.

Did you read your self-own reply?
You're writing for skateboarders and other illiterates?
I'll keep that in mind when I see your byline.

"He grinded it out"
@TheAmberHarding the past tense of 'grind' is 'ground.' Not grinded.

Fair or not, the Russini/Vrabel controversy has ripple effects for women in journalism.
@ArmandoSalguero stands up for his colleagues—99% of whom don't act this way—hoping one "bad apple" won't reflect on those who do the work the right way.

@CandiceHollaway 5 years ago, Nikki Glaser went on Rogan and explained that she doesn't enjoy actual sex and can only get off from gang rape/torture porn. She specifically mentions one where the men write "pig" on a woman's forehead and spit on her. Nikki has deep-seated issues far beyond this.
English

I’ve been on both sides of this. While I think the genuine turn on is there for some women, I think for 80-90% that think they like this have a hidden driver for this behavior. Most of the time it’s a way to avoid real intimacy and to protect yourself when and if something inevitably goes wrong. There is a huge difference between wanting a man other women want (all women want this), to letting them have him. The women that sleep with a taken man tend to be vicious and are eagerly waiting to replace you. Bad idea 9 times out of 10.
