And this is a feature, not a bug! When you onboard your connected device in the Codex desktop app, it'll ask you if you want the Codex app to keep your mac awake when plugged in while the feature is enabled. Free yourself from your chair!

A friend in the community told me that when you tag someone you should put a period in front of the persons handle like I did with you so the algorithm exposes the convo. to others. Maybe you can edit? Not sure.

PS: Yes, I know, we finally got what many of us were asking for: Codex mobile. Huge win. But I still can’t really use it because my threads are too large and don’t load properly. @thsottiaux, really hoping one of the next fixes will let heavy single-thread users actually use it too 🙏 Also, on 5.5/Codex performance: after the recent fixes I genuinely felt it improved. But today has been rough. It’s making decisions by itself, ignoring instructions, and after a few compactions it suddenly repeats something from 2 hours ago like we haven’t already done it. Anyone else seeing this with Codex mobile or 5.5 today?

And honestly, that’s also part of the build. Not everything needs to be a screenshot, a demo, or a perfectly timed post. Sometimes the motion is just life happening in parallel with the work, while the agents keep running and the ideas keep evolving in the background.
