Omg! I made dessert when I grilled dinner of steak and stuffed mushrooms. Grilled peaches with brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, served over salted caramel ice cream. I should just call it Peach Orgasm!

I decided to grill these store bought stuff jalapeños. I took one bite and felt my teeth begin to itch and heat, followed shortly by my ears catching fire. Imagine one of those cartoon characters having flames shooting out of their head and that was me. On a jalapeño. Oof.

@burstmethod I sang “I Dreamed a Dream” in high school choir, and really loved it. But I think it’s a little overused. There are a lot of beauties in that story, but “Bring Him Home” is my fave. I love Colm Wilkinson’s version. He’s also my fave Phantom.

For today's vocal lesson, we began practicing "Bring Him Home" from the musical Les Miserables. It's a challenging song, but my teacher says I'm ready for it. There's a lot of flipping from chest voice to falsetto!
