@ExcaliburOfTime Summer is actually Fuyuki locked. They say its OC locked because they tie into each other. Also, because of this the event is going to be have a long duration. In JP it went on for 2 months. So people have time.

so apparently you can't play OC3 unless you clear the upcoming limited summer event, which has a play requirement of only the ordeal call prologue but don't worry if you miss it! you can just wait an entire SIX MONTHS to play the main interlude version!! incredibly stupid ngl
