What's the oldest book on your shelves? This is mine. I loved it as a kid and I love it now. It's even survived multiple house moves!

Dear Fibromyalgia, I managed some sleep in the end, but I feel like I haven't slept so let's start another day in pain, but at least the sun is shining in my part of the world today 🌞.

Dear Fibromyalgia, I would like to know why my knees feel like they took part in a marathon today. They are swollen and hot and look very much like jacket potatoes for some reason. I really need some sleep please....

Ah well great idea was getting going with my reading & research, wrote some notes but didn't feel right. 🚨Have been feeling "off" yesterday & today & by 1pm this afternoon a horrible blinding migraine bloomed🥴🤢Sat now feeling like someone has impaled an axe in my skull 🪓😣

Dear Fibromyalgia, a rather wet start to Friday in my part of the world and boy do I know it, feels like I need to WD40 all my joints. But it's Friday what a loooong week.

Had an hour lying down on bed with blanket and heated eye mask. Not 100% but feeling a bit better. I realise I missed a medication this morning and that won't be helping the headache 🤦‍♀️Anyhoo Tea/Dinner is in the oven and kettle on. Anyone like a cup of decaf tea?🫖😁

@isitjus39832272 It's been an okay Thursday, survived work without any changes or too much drama, very tired glad it's Friday tomorrow. Sorry to hear about your headache and sinus pain hope it eases up soon.Take care.
