@SwoorupJ @laurieontech I tend to agree with this. Some people can write overly complicated code for the sake of inflating their egos. However sometimes the programmer trying to decipher the code is just not at the level they need to be, and misinterpret elegant code as convoluted.

@laurieontech Sure, it can get unwieldy sometimes, including Rust codebases too. Wouldn't that be up to the discipline of the developer though?

I'm sorry, but some TypeScript stuff is entirely unreadable. Just spent hours trying to parse something in the codebase. Still not entirely sure I understand it.

@js_luke_overflo I much prefer GitLab’s CI over GitHub actions, may just be because I’m more used to them. It has way more featured across the entire DevOps cycle in general without third party apps, and I think the UI is somewhat cleaner. I also just don’t trust Microsoft haha
