@dknowlton1 I haven't had this for me at work luckily - but similarly when I first got my flat, the neighbours used to ask for my parents all the time. I just used to tell them they were at work. Took them 2 years to realise!

Two ways to instantly turn me off as a customer; 1. Knock on our office door, interrupt us and try to sell us something 2. Say, “Can we speak to your boss” in a patronising voice. This just happened, can’t believe people still knock on doors to sell stuff. Instant turn off.

We were interested to find out that one of the most downloaded skills on #Alexa this year was the ability for the device to tell you “goodnight”! As @TheBenAbbott pointed out, this shows that voice tech can be integrated into a business to make it more human. #techexpo
