@TheBoxStories I'm catching up on old episodes, and I'm listening to Ep 22: The Seep. Seriously, you don't recognize The Shining, you don't know the word pyrokinetic (which was coined by King for Firestarter)? I love your podcast, but you need some background in SF/F and horror.

@TheBoxStories Okay, fair enough. I guess it just seemed like... a lot for very little reward in that particular episode. I had never before minded any of these explanations. Hope I didn’t offend^^

In some cases, it’s about context. These groups have biases and entries are just snapshots. Oftentimes more was going on. Even if skeptics have other explanations, it’s still sometimes helpful intel.

Ok. I really like @TheBoxStories, but I’m a bit confused about parts of episode 38. I get why we’re back to the journals. What makes absolutely no sense to me is that we’re entertaining skeptics at this point in the story? About things that Regnant and Central say are real?

With ley lines, it’s more about gaining perspective. I’m still wondering if people might have been subconsciously attracted to energy flows and navigated accordingly. It’ll come up again.
