There won’t be any charges because it was Fox, not Dalton, who acted in self-defense.
Dalton aka Chud the Builder stood facing Fox at a bladed stance during a verbal interaction and grabbed in his jacket pocket for his gun BEFORE a physical altercation ensued. That’s been widely reported.
If you’re in an argument with someone and you go to draw a weapon, that’s not self defense, especially when the other person isn’t armed. Proportionality comes into play here.
It’s self defense if you try to stop someone from drawing a weapon on you during an argument while you’re not armed and haven’t physically attacked the other person, hence why Fox was never charged. That and Fox didn’t walk up to Eatherly, it was Eatherly that approached Fox and his wife while they were there for a court appearance. Dalton had no reason to be there because he missed his court appearance that morning.
It seems only the racist anonymous accounts who idolize Chud don’t seem to understand this all the while Dalton got beat up even after he shot Fox. Real “alpha-male” stuff from Chudder Bob Eatherly.
