Meera was at university and living with a friend and had no means of support. But when her friend asked her to leave, she found herself facing homelessness. Our Housing Advice team were able to go through her options and helped her apply for funding for a private rented deposit.

Rough sleeping is complex. Our Outreach team do more than just identify rough sleepers. 📷 They listen to them; provide emergency packages; they contact mental health services; they work with adult social care, police, local authority housing departments and more...

talk2sort mediation is a specialist service for young people 11-19, and their families. Together, in safe spaces with our mediator, families can overcome issues, relationship breakdowns and arguments, to prevent ever reaching crisis point... #EndYouthHomelessness

At The Bridge, we are committed to not only ending homelessness but also ensuring that homeless people have access to healthcare.

Kindly Note: All referrals for this service come from the Probation Service only.

Our Triage team manage all referrals to our services and signpost to external support. They are able to deal with enquiries in accessing food parcels, hot meals, washing facilities and clothing. Contact the Triage Team to refer to our services or discuss your needs
