Apnea is a temporary pause in breathing, a condition where breathing repeatedly stops during sleep. There are 3 types: Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) – caused by airway blockage Central Sleep Apnea – when the brain doesn’t send proper signals Complex Sleep Apnea – a mix of both
