Indeed, a v4 hook is basically extra code wired into the pool. This one has the trap in that hook code. It takes roughly 99% of the swap output, so the trade can go through but you receive almost nothing back.

The contract will look clean and pass detectors, the danger lies within the bytecode for the hook. Output taxes/haircut will leave your swaps worth virtually nothing.
