Hopefully Health Canada doesn't keep ignoring the flood of recommendations people/companies/organizations have sent to them for years. Not holding my breath on this one.

@matt_lamers Again, who's going to pay for it and will they recoup the expense? I'm waiting for the day Health Canada gets sued because a company releases a plant containing 15% THCPA + 10% CBCPA plant and someone has an adverse reaction to it. Can't ignore doing real safety studies.

@matt_lamers Lawyers will do any type of legal work for money, question is who's going to pay for it and will it be worth the spend? The answer to the second is probably not.

Both of which are basically mandated since MoM's aren't operating in a legal framework and Health Canada must perform safety studies on legal consumables.
