@c89 @GrahamStephan To own that $1m home with the numbers Graham gave, assuming 30 year mortgage and 7% interest, that house actually cost you $2.1m over the course of the loan. As others have said you can invest the money you save by renting, homeownership is not the only path to wealth.

@chlomson I don't know the specs on the fenders but it should work great, those wheels would be pushed out 18mm farther than mine. I'm sure you will still have to do some modification to the fenders to make it work, I would try to talk to someone who's actually running the 11s

@SLASH30Miata I'd imagine you could see the damper move just by pushing in the clutch. But even if the clearance was out of spec, it will only move a tiny amount (I think max allowable is like 0.009"?). Unless it was totally destroyed
