@Ophawks1 @Aaron_Bracy @A10MBB I think I struck a nerve, at least what I can decipher from that mess.
English

@TheCarlTU @Aaron_Bracy @A10MBB Who writes your comedy lines? Checks scoreboard. How many straight years has st joes beat temple? St joes still playing bball while temple did rs what? Check the portal list. Temple fans disguise themselves as empty seats. But at least you admit you’re a fan
English

Can I please hear from my Temple friends who @ me and tell me how @A10MBB is not an upgrade for the Owls?

@Aaron_Bracy @A10MBB Your initial tweet is quite literally the opposite of sharing an opinion. It's asking other people for theirs opinion to elicit engagement.
English

@TheCarlTU @A10MBB Not engagement farming, Andy
Just sharing my opinion
English

@Aaron_Bracy @A10MBB Any number of the responses you've received while engagement farming.

@InternatlShizz @TravisRutt Them boys chasing the bag. Don't blame them at all. Temple doesn't have the money for the big players. But look at St. Joe's this year. It can be done with regional players still and a good coach

We Have To Get Back To Relevance. Our History Is To Strong To Be Where We Are At, Especially In The Down American Conference

St. John's now has 2,000 all-time wins, joining: Kansas Kentucky Duke North Carolina UCLA Temple
English

@HRIV2 @InternatlShizz He's talking about men's basketball NIL/Rev Share.
English

@InternatlShizz It is estimated we are third in Athletic spend behind Memphis and South Florida. We are AHEAD of Tulane spend which makes this all worse.
English

@TheCarlTU And that’s the place they finished in this year right?
English

@CrossingBroad They beat Rice. @KylePagan_ would have never let this journalistic inaccuracy happen. I miss the old CB.

Temple went 0-4 against other Owl teams this year

@Aaron_Bracy Imagine how exhausting it is for Temple fans to hear about John Chaney when it comes to college basketball in 2026.
English

@IrritatedOwl @willcummings_ @JerryMarks4 Who's crapping on him? If I wanted to do that, I would have pointed out how it's tough to have a conversation with someone about Temple Basketball in 2026 when you think we can get home games with Duke, Michigan, etc.
English

@TheCarlTU @willcummings_ @JerryMarks4 Good lord he has been supporting Temple athletics since the 1980s. And people are crapping on him? When you have supported Temple athletics for 40 years with the constant lack of support from the University he is not the problem. The anger should be with the BOT and President
English

They are second in the American. Excuses. People should be supporting them
Jerry Marks@JerryMarks4
@willcummings_ Team stinks now and schedule is horrible- not the same from when you played. No excitement
English

@JerryMarks4 @willcummings_ Supporting Temple does not and should not be opponent dependent.
English

@willcummings_ They seem to be improving- Lost to some bad teams early in the year. I believe the conference and schools they play are not enticing plus only played one Power Conference team all year, none at home. A home game against a Duke, Michigan, etc would sell out-not a UAB, UTSA or N.TX
English

“The Owls have had more gambling probes in the last 10 seasons than March Madness wins, but Temple was very much a basketball school when Cignetti arrived on North Broad Street in 1989.”

Absolutely terrible news.
In the short time I got to know him, BC showed himself to be a tremendously kind and warm person. My thoughts are with the Courtney and @TUMBBHoops families.
