Just changed my medication which made me gain a lot of weight over the last few years, my weight loss journey now starts. This is why I haven’t posted many photos or videos as I haven’t felt comfortable with body soon you’ll get some more of me 🫶💋

Also, everything seems to be going good in my personal life, not going to go into details but office Andrew is doing just fine… it's just The Chunk side of me is starting to get back up on my feet and a few good changes are also in the works. Firstly, some dental work.

Why is it when I accidentally wake up at 3:30am, try to get back to sleep and eventually get out of bed at 5:15am that I'm setting PB's at the gym? I mean, sure, the XL can of Red Bull may have helped, but where is this energy coming from?! 🤷‍♂️
