I just feel defeated today. I wish family supported my dreams. 🙄

I think my Facebook group has successfully catapulted me into founding a non-profit to support teachers that are interested in transitioning into tech! I'm so happy to be providing help to teachers that have made the difficult decision to pursue other options. #teachersoftwitter

@TechySewell I found it so much easier to think about the transition when you are out of the toxic situation and with like-minded people. That's why I started a Facebook group for those transitioning.. It's called Teachers Transitioning to Tech.

@alicekeeler I definitely quit one school over Thanksgiving break.

A teacher at my school quit last night after hours. Didn't come today. Teaching is really really hard. If we can't value teachers mental health this is just going to keep happening. I looooove my job but there are definitely aspects that seem insane and unsustainable.

I'm really trying hard to get into the habit of posting Maybe doing 100 days posts... it won't be all code though. B/C if I don't post I won't do the things... Does anyone else feel this?
