We tried hard but in the end my buddy's knee gave out. That doesn't diminish @Mandi_Andrew and @ChrisAndrew87 's accomplishments. They fought a great fight. Kudos. Regardless of what you say though Mandi, this ain't the last time we compete for gold.

Frankie is banged up to all hell with a vagina on his forehead. He says he wants to back out of fighting @LaFriskydingo . I said it's a fuckin' grappling contest. I looked at him and said you already got one on your face. Don't be one.

It's a blessing #IKT is coming up. I get a chance to see what I can do solo, same goes for Geno. I talked to my boy and he made me a promise. Right after #IKT he's getting knee surgery.
