It’s about being able to read the SUBTEXT underneath your feelings . & acutely infer the subtext of others’ from this place of self awareness. The subtext is it’s own meta language & it will inform you about your wants, needs, & areas for growth.

emotional intelligence isn’t just about connecting with & attuning to your feelings or just about attuning to others, reading social queues & feedback.

It’s about being able to PROCESS your feelings in a healthy way so they can keep moving along (instead of getting stuck & manifesting in anger, frustration, etc)

I am far more impressed with what you’re creating than with how well you criticize.
