Such a busy time of year-our own Santa Dash-involving a run, snowball fights, parachute games, obstacles and a chance to meet the big man himself! 💚

What an amazing way to start our Christmas festivities-opening the @OldTownSwindon light switch -our Croftie Choir were amazing -so proud of them all 🎶🎶💚

Year 5 LOVED their visit to @SchoolRidgeway to meet Jenny McLachlan, the talented author. We were lucky enough to meet Pickle the Dragon & left feeling inspired to write our stories read SIGNED copies Thank you @jennymclachlan_writer for a magical morning! 🐉💚📚

It’s such a privilege to lead an amazing team of staff who enable so many of our Crofties to achieve social, emotionally and academically💚 proud of all of their achievements and here are some highlights from our celebration assembly (apology for the delay in posting) ☺️

What a fantastic way to end Term 1! Saw the incredible show Blood Brothers at @WyvernTheatre. Absolutely amazing from start to finish. Such a powerful piece of theatre with a truly stunning cast 👏🤩

I saw some fantastic EYFS math @TheCroftPrimary last week. Alongside high-quality adult-child interactions and teaching, children are exploring, playing and discovering maths every day through their provision. As @EducEndowFoundn says: “Effective early numeracy approaches typically increase children’s learning by about seven months” showing us how much potential is within our early years environments. When we weave maths into play, conversation and daily routines, we help children build strong, confident foundations and see maths as a way to understand the world around them. #EarlyYearsMathematics #EEF #EYFS #TWHFEnRich
