Let's go👇 Firstly, Who's a community manager? A Community Manager is a professional responsible for managing, engaging, and growing a community. A community manager is needed in every project. Having worked with several projects. I've come to understand that the community is the heart of every project. I've been in this space for 2 years. I first started off as a community moderator. I was volunteering to work for projects to have more experience but still couldn't bag a job. I connect with some chad like @TheSultaan001 @TheLordVibeZ but @JoCryptoGems change my mindset Some weeks later, I got my first job which was $20 weekly as a community moderator. That motivated me and I gave all my time to being consistent and hunt for jobs. After working as a moderator for some months I decided to up my niche as a community manager. I learned about it and after researching and knowing my way around it. I got my first job as a community manager. But I wasn't really experienced then but through the guides of big chads I've met on the space it worked out. This is what things you should look out for in jobs. As a community manager and also as a Web3 jobber... I've come across different types of devs and founders.. ~ We have the one who came to rug. ~ The ones who will block access to you after working for them ~ The ones who won't listen to advice and end up crashing the project because not all devs really know the job. Make sure you always understand who you're working with, understand the project and team. That'd give you a good start on how to go about your job role. As a community manager, it's your duty to: 1. Be an active listener and understand the community members concern about the project. 2. Engage with community members, provide regular updates on projects developments and the likes. 3. Work with team members to address community concerns and implement community driven solution. 4. Host community calls where members can give their concerns and ideas about the project. A community manager does a lot more besides this. But I'd end here for today. I'd be dropping more on Web3 job and how to bag a job. So stay tuned to my page so you don't miss it.
