I was a Oilers fan before McDavid and Draisaitl and I will be one after. It's just a shame they've been saddled with subpar management teams throughout most of their careers. Darryl Katz saved the team financially but for the love of God someone advise him properly for once

Am I a Kris Knobloch truther? Not quite but I 1000% do not trust this management group to both find a quality replacement and provide them the guys needed to win the Cup. It's a shame as the Oilers haven't *really* had good management in all of my time as a fan. 2006 ffs.

Incredible that the guy who brought us to two SCFs is gone while the guy who signed Frederic for 8(!) years and gave up assets (+) for Tristan fking Jarry gets to choose his replacement. Not only did the Stan Bowman hiring leave a bad taste in my mouth, he's been actively bad.
