This feels like a school day out. But with more miserable adults and no Haribo.

@Nareystoepoker On performances, Kucherenko & Moller for Utd but club quickly realised & somehow moved them on for profit. Suppose that leaves Esselink who hasn’t played since being subbed at half time in derby on Jan 3rd & contracted to summer 27. He had as many good games as bad though.

Starting to put together my longlist for the annual worst Premiership signings blog. Which of your team's players should be on my radar?

@TeaKupps A trivela pass in the air is much easier, as the height is on the ball already, no need to generate it. Also, it shows how one footed he is. He is a very good player, but the trivela doesn't fool me, you're one footed.

Scotland’s 2026 away kit comes with TWO sock options. Purple as primary. Trace Scarlet as alternate. Scotland themselves posted the Scarlet socks on their official Twitter last week (see image in comments), and honestly? Give me the Scarlet all day. #ScotlandNT #KitNews #Adidas

Some of the worst trans-Atlantic Scottish accents on the bus today. My god, these kids will look back and think, "I sounded like a right cunt when I was younger."

@HLTCO @PeterCrouchPod I agree but, as an Army brat, I moved around a lot so have to support my dad's team. I also follow a league 2 club where I was born. Both are fucking shite, but I can understand a kid supporting a big club if their dad was from there and moved.

Henry Arundell didn’t have many touches tonight but almost every one was game-breaking. Just a box office player ⭐

@HLTCO Agreed, unless it's a long ball over the top, in which case you've got to perform the Van Basten celebration

@HLTCO That's a foul, imo. The boy tripped the lad up and I've seen far softer ones given!

@stompey__ They're only at a level to qualify in other leagues because they have access to the PL money. Move them out and they'd no longer be able to attract the same players.

Great data, but the wrong conclusion. The real answer is in the data. Currently the Premier League have the by far highest floor of any league. Almost any Premier League team would likely qualify for Europe in a different league. Just take Spurs and Nottingham as an example. Relegation battle in the Prem while also making the knockout stage in European competitions. Do you understand how ridiculous that is? However, as you can see in the data, outside of Arsenal, England currently lack teams at the highest level. Which is also why, once the big games comes around they fall apart.
