@zachsmitty22@RealPitino He was talking about the tournament, Duke had St. John’s and UConn in their bracket, while Arizona and Michigan played some weak teams, which we should have won against UConn but we didn’t
@RealPitino Duke did not play the toughest schedule. Big 10 and Big 12 are the best basketball conferences by far. Michigan and Arizona each played tougher schedules. Arizona beat UConn, Florida, UCLA, Houston (twice), Iowa State (twice), BYU (twice).
Much congrats to a gritty UConn team that wouldn’t give up. For all those people out there trying to criticize Jon Scheyer, he is one helluva coach and one of the class acts in our game. He played the toughest schedule and ended as the #1 overall seed. Championships will be in his future. UConn players and coaches, you have my utmost respect🫡
@TheDukeFanz@GreatDayTarHeel Wasn’t Duke ranked #1 and missed the final four? Didn’t you have the best player in college hoops two years in a row and have nothing to show for it? You had a team down 19 and lost that almost blew its own 19 point lead on Friday. Seriously you have nothing to brag about.
Duke has ZERO NCAA Titles (or Title game appearances) since 2015-16 despite having:
Brandon Ingram
Luke Kennard
Jayson Tatum
Frank Jackson
Marvin Bagley III
Gary Trent Jr.
Trevon Duval
Wendell Carter Jr.
Zion Williamson
RJ Barrett
Cam Reddish
Tre Jones
Vernon Carey Jr.
Jalen Johnson
Paolo Banchero
Mark Williams
Kyle Filipowski
Dereck Lively
Jared McCain
Cooper Flagg
Kon Knueppel
Khaman Maluach
Sion James
Cameron Boozer
@TheDukeFanz@GreatDayTarHeel Last night was a great finish. 2019 was a great game. No more than 6 point lead for either team. Best team and player in the country. Best point guard and great defense on both sides. I’d watch 2019 before last night’s game.
