@ChingyChingy321 @bedspolice It was manslaughter because there was no intention to kill - it just happened. To be guilty of murder, both the Mens rea and actus reus need to be met. Obviously, without premeditation, this couldn’t be proved by the CPS so he would have been charged with the lesser charge.
